1 cup fresh mejool dates or packet ones
1 1/2,cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup cocoa GF
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 medium ripe avocardo
Blend in food processor the dates until they are smooth then add sunflower seeds process until smooth . Then add all the other ingredients. Put in rectangle dish and freeze for two hours . Bring out of freezer,

Looks good I will give this a go. My Mum made me a fig and apricot roll last Christmas it was awesome with cheese. A comment on taste and whether you would alter a recipe at all is usually good to have. Thanks for the share.
